Book is in good condition. The cover is worn and frayed on some edges and most corners. A name is inscribed on the inside cover but there is no other marks on the pages. Also has a sample page included from the publishing company. There are a few very small tears on the first couple pages, but the rest are perfect. Some staining on the outside edges of the pages.
